Searching for Multi-Users Post-Limiting plugin

Hi everyone,

I have been searching for days (actually looking for the right keywords to search), but unfortunately whatever I found wasn’t really usefull.
I tried Another WordPress Classified Ads plugin but this has a far away approach of what I want to do since it creates and manages ads, not WordPress posts.

I am creating a blog and there will be several people posting on it.
I am searching for a plugin or multiple plugins that will help me do the following:

1. Limit the number of posts for a user depending on his/her role
For example, I would like admins to post without limit and authors to have a limit of 10 posts each. More roles with more number of posts allowed would be perfect.

2. Post expiration depending on the user role.
For example, again, I would like admins’ posts to be available on the blog for 60 days while authors’ posts for 30 days.
Again, more roles with more post expiration options will be perfect.

3. (optional) Users with certain roles may not be able to add images to their posts
For example, admins may create posts with an image while an author may not be able to add image to his/her post.

4. (very optional) Limit posts’ characters for certain user roles.
For example, admin may create posts using up to 320 characters while authors using up to 80 characters. But this is really optional.

I don’t care if they are premium or free plugins as long as they do the job. I will pay, for God’s sake!!!
