    Searching for business by name and/or address doesn’t work, JavaScript error in console.
    Using the ID of business (after looking it up) doesn’t work either, same error.

    Hi,

    Could you send a screenshot of the error? Also, are you sure that you tried this plugin? The plugin does not have a search by name or address, only by Place ID.

    I’m running into the same problem. I have been using the widget for about 4 months or so with no problems at all. Great plugin! However, two days ago, it wasn’t updating my Google Reviews so I went ahead and deleted the plugin so I could reinstall it. When I did, it has a number system of 1. Find Place, 2. Choice Place, 3. Save Place. The first question asks to search by business name. I type it in (Elegant Pix) and get the message under #2 – “Business place not found. Please check that this place can be found in Google PlaceID Finder, if so just a copy Place ID to a search field and search again.”

    So, I do that and get my Place ID, however, when I paste it into the only search window, it doesn’t do anything at all. I try to paste it into the Google Place ID field but it is grayed out and I’m stuck. Nothing is working. Please help!

    I am using the Yelp Widget and it uploaded fine. But having a very difficult time with the Google Review Widget.

    I do have a screenshot that I can send, however, I’m not sure how I would get that to you. I don’t see a way to attach it to this forum.
