Searched and replaced "wordpress" value in database?

Hello.

I moved my website from http://www.mydomain.com/wordpress to http://www.mydomain.com. My website have 3 languages.

I used this tool: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search-and-replace/, but used the option to search allover the site and database. I searched for wordpress and set it to replace with nothing. It found around 11 places where is swifted “wordpress” value to nothing.

I now have an error.
The default language is showing Post pages incorrect. It only shows the header but not the menu, content and footer.

All other functions and pages work, and in the other 2 languges even the posts are showing up correct.

Got any idea what I can do and have done?
