I am looking to build a page on my site that will allow the users to search up a musical instrument, and have a corresponding page appear giving them information of recording that instrument.

Can anyone here give me any advice regarding a plugin i could use to create a search/sort window, with a small library of entries (~20) on the back end?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The default search will return all posts and pages in which the search term occurs in title or content. If you want the search to only encompass a more specific set of pages, one of the advanced search plugins ought to let you do so.

It’s also possible to modify the default search criteria. For example, to only search titles of pages, not posts or content. Some custom coding is required to do so.

this is the page I’m working on, a simple Divi search module.

I’d like to have this page search through a library of custom posts made with divi editor. Can anyone recommend a plugin to use divi custom posts? Do I need them to be on divi to show up in the divi search module? I can’t get the search to show any results.

I am using ‘Custom Post Type UI’ plugin for custom posts.

Any help and direction is appreciated thank you!
