• In your search results, you have the option to show the WooCommerce Brands. How do you also include Brands in the search parameters? For example, in the search results we can see a product by Nike, but when we enter Nike into the search, we get no results? Thank you.

    Hello,

Pro plugin version has this feature – you can see in search results brand name, count of products with this brand with link to brand archive page.

Thank you for the quick response! I bought the Pro version. I understand that the brand shows up in the results. But when you put the brand name in the search field, no results are shown.

If you go to the test site, http://67.227.222.67/ in the top right you will see a Magnifying glass icon, hover over that and type in “mondial 8”. You will see products from the brand Kulzer. BUT, if you type in Kulzer in the search field, you get the result “Nothing Found”?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks again!

Do you enable ‘Show brands archive’ option from plugin settings page?

Yes, I did. But the comment below says “Include products brands in search results.” It doesn’t mention that the brands themselves are searchable? Thanks again for your help on this!

Is there a way to modify the search parameters to include search by the brand name for results?

You mean if, for example, product has brand ‘Adidas’, than when typing ‘Adidas’ in search field display products with this brand, not only brand archive link?

Yes, on my site, if you type in “Adidas” no results are returned and it says “Nothing Found”.
You can try the search on our test site here (top right magnifying glass icon):

If you type in a brand (Kulzer), there are no results, although there are many products with that brand.
