Hi @damnsharp,
Thank you for your message.
The repeater field does not store any values. It stores nested fields, e.g. a text field, and these fields are supported. The fields inside the repeater field will be used during the search.
Hi @mateuszgbiorczyk thanks for reply!
It seems that searching within the nested fields does not work. That’s what I meant.
So that’s the problem. Do you have a idea why that does not work?
Thanks!
@damnsharp Unfortunately not because I have no idea what your problem is.
I will try to help you, but I need some extra things from you:
1. Does enabling “Incorrect Mode” in plugin settings fix the problem?
2. Screenshot of your search results (entire browser window).
3. SQL query displayed after change in plugin code (https://gbiorczyk.pl/img/8jYkbzF.png) when you try to search for something.
4. ID of post you want to find.
5. Screenshot of the edit page of the post you want to find.
6. Database dump (only table wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables). Please delete private data from it, if any.
7. Screenshot of the plugin settings page.
Hi Mateusz, I have found that disabling the Relevanssi solved the problem. But it is a useful plug-in. So is there a solution or alternative for?
Thanks!
Sorry, found it! Within the Relevanssi settings I could enable Custom fields and now it’s working.
