# Search Timeout

 * Hi,
 * I want to search and export data using this plugin. Since I have so many Data
   Records. After some time I get an Maximum Execution Time. I’m getting more that
   1000 records daily
 * Could I know whether there is a Hook to customize my code? or do you have a better
   solution.

   you definitely mean the free Uncanny Toolkit plugin for your request? It doesn’t
   have report/export options that would be applicable here.
 * If this is about one of our other plugins, is there any chance you could confirm
   what report/tool you specifically mean and log the ticket on the associated website(
   i.e. uncannyowl.com or automatorplugin.com)?

 * Ah, that’s why we weren’t sure; this forum is just for the Uncanny Toolkit plugin.
 * Are you able to log a support ticket from your account or send an email to [support@uncannyowl.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/search-timeout/support@uncannyowl.com?output_format=md)
   instead? When you do, maybe you can confirm which report you mean and any errors
   you’re seeing in the browser console or your PHP error logs. A copy of the system
   report from LearnDash LMS > Settings > Support would also be helpful.
