Search & Sort not working

Let me point that I tried searching through the forums, and found a few threads on this. However, we run a large site, and disabling plugins or shifting to default wordpress theme to check is not possible.

As far as I can understand the jquery is not getting loaded and probably clashing with something else. We generally do these kind of tables

Now, I have imported it through URL and the table is getting imported, however, the search and sort function is not at all working.

Can I get it to work in any other way (dont want to deactivate plugins)
If this can be done, I am planning to buy couple of extensions that you offer.
