Search results within a post

    Hi there,
    I have a custom field for each post I’ve wrote, the key is “related-item” and the value,for example, is “item1” for post1, “item2” for post2 etc.

    Is there a way to have a search result at the end of a post? For example, if I’ve wrote two posts with the “related-item” value to “item1” i want to show this:

    Post1 (related-item=item1)
    lorem ipsum etc.etc.
    END OF POST
    Related items: Post3

    Post3 (related-item=item1)
    lorem ipsum etc.etc.
    END OF POST
    Related items: Post1

    Sorry for my poor english, I hope I was exahustive…
