Hi, scooter1!
For the filtering issue, are you using a caching plugin on the site at all? If so, you may need to set it to exclude search results pages (or skip caching if a query string appears in the URL).
For the search results, are you using the Listing Search widget, the default search widget provided with WordPress, or a custom search form of some kind? (You should see post_type=listing
in the address bar after you search, like this: http://demo.studiopress.com/agentpress/?s=&post_type=listing&types=single-family-home&bedrooms=4-bedrooms&price=500k-750k )
You’re welcome to share a link to a page where the issues are visible if you wish. I’d be happy to take a look for you.

I actually was using a caching plugin, but I deleted it and all .htaccess entries and cleared my browser cache. I even tried IE and Chrome. No matter what options I choose the results display every single listing and post published on the site…
I am using the AgentPress – Listing Search in a widget area below the header. Here’s the site if you wish to have a look. (NOTE: If you’re outside the USA I may have whitelist your ip as I have all countries blocked: http://www.century21delafield.com
Thanks for your help 🙂

Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanks for sharing the link. I see regular posts appearing in search results such as http://www.century21delafield.com/?s=&post_type=listing&bedrooms=4-bedroom&bathrooms=2-bathroom&prices=&location= as well.
A couple of other things to check:
1. Are you using any plugins that modify search results in any way? Examples include Relevanssi and Search Everything.
It may be worth disabling all other plugins temporarily to see if the search widget then returns the results you expect.
2. Have you or your developer modified the plugin or altered the default Listings slug from “listings” to something else?

Hi Nick:
I actually discovered that it was the Themify Builder plugin that was breaking the AgentPress – Listing Search plugin. Not certain if it’s the plugin itself, or just the search results page that is affected? Off to find a work-around solution for the Themify plugin…
Thank you for your time! 😉

You’re welcome! Thanks for reporting back.
It sounds like Themify may be filtering search results somehow. Hopefully there’s a simple workaround you can apply!
If we can offer any further help at all, please feel free to ask.
