Search Results Including Unpublished Posts?

    Is Relevanssi supposed to filter out posts which are not yet published? Because I was just doing a search for and a post that was in “Pending Review” status showed up on my website. I was logged in as an admin when this happened so I thought this might have been the cause, but when I logged out, the unpublished post still showed up.

    Relevanssi shouldn’t index posts that are “Pending Review”. Privately published posts, yes, when you’re logged in, but no pending posts.

    I checked on one of my sites where I have several posts pending review, and none of those appear in the search. This isn’t the first time Relevanssi is behaving in a different way for some folks, just recently there were complaints about post revisions showing up and I’ve never seen any of that either.
