UPDATE:
For me this change solved the issue: Open post grid Combo > Select your grid > In the left menu click on search at the bottom > Select search action type (uncheck Ajax – on change keyword and select On form submit(GET method).
The change disables Ajax search so you need to click on button “Search” to show results. I hope this helps

I appreciate it your response. I did as you stated, but I cannot find “search to show results”… Without doing that last step, the results of the search is incorrect.
You need to disable ajax search. I checkd your site and it seems that the ajax is still enabled.

I so much appreciate you helping me. So when I click on the “on form” option, the search results are not correct. Meaning, if I put in a something specific, the results are not correct.
