Search Result is Irrelevant?

Hi guys, I just want to ask if you guys knew what is the problem with my site. I am currently using the template “Twenty Twelve” on my site.

whenever i try to search. the result seems to show irrelevant post.

the shows that seems to appear are the most recent posts that i make on the site. does anyone here knows how to show the relevant result?
