Support » Fixing WordPress » Search Query String Changes On Subsequent Pages

  • I’m using a theme from CyberChimps, and I have contacted them about this issue, but they haven’t fixed it.

Basically, I can run a search such as: halo 4 review and I do indeed get results, but if I click on the links for the additional pages of results the query gets altered, which results in a “Nothing found error”.

For example here’s my query link for the first page of results:

    http://www.entertainmentbuddha.com/?s=halo+4+review (everything is fine)

But if I click on page 2 the query string and url turn to this:

http://www.entertainmentbuddha.com/page/2/?s=halo4review (nothing displays because the query string is changed)

I’m not using any pagination plugins, or search plugins. Has anyone seen this before, and is there a fix, or should my theme developers be responsible for the issue?

    Thanks,

    Matt
