Search Plugins and Upgrade Automatically buttons don’t work

    I have a site whereupon ever since upgrading to 2.8 the Search Plugins and Upgrade Automatically buttons don’t work. If you click them nothing happens. I just did a manual upgrade from 2.8 to 2.8.2 which seems to have gone fine but did not fix the problem. Deactivating all plugins also does not fix it. Any ideas appreciated.

    Did you find a solution to this. Same problem on 2.8.3 to 2.8.4 ( was running fine with XAMPP on USB for demos). Oddly clicking the links for categories at the bottom of plug in works but not search.

    I am very new to WordPress – tried recopying the old 2.8.3 files but did not work.

    Tried another browser or another PC, simply to rule them out?

    I have tried a different browser as well as deactivating all plugins. It doesn’t help. This is the only site I maintain that has this problem. GoDaddy does not want to offer any support on the matter.

    Upgrading the template fixed it.

    I am curious if you were having issues with categories and tags as well?

    I didn’t notice any. I only experienced problems w/ Submit buttons. Lightbox2 still won’t work on that site, which I have sort of given up on.
