I have checked every search setting in this plugin but still noting shows when searching. I would like to include the information from these settings. What have I missed?

    Hey wm,

in your other post you said that you have tried searching for attachments and it worked. So I presume you have figured it out how to make the plugin work by yourself or am I missing something?

Please let me know - I'll gladly help!

    Best,
    Petra

Yea it works if I search attachments with that option. But then again I get hits on other attachment objects I dont want. I see the information in the database under posts table that this plugins have made posts there but still no hits in search. Im trying to figure out what to change to get these data visible.

If I uncheck attachment search in Search Everyting I get no hits what so ever from there other plugins like slider title or store name or city.

    Hey,

we checked in the database and as far as SimpleMap plugin goes, it doesn't make a post (type) but a sm-location (type). Unfortunately Search Everything plugin doesn't support custom types - we are sorry for the inconvenience. As for the Meta Slider plugin, it creates attachments, so I really don't think that we can do anything to fix this to be honest. Also, for the time being we don't support the option to distinguish one attachment type from another.
Sorry for not being able to help you more but please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions.

Take care & have a nice day,

    Petra

Thanks for a fast and informative answer how the custom fields is handled. I will continue investigate how to set up the site.
