    Hi Furkan,
    We do have that feature in our paid version which you can buy starting at $95 US at simpleintranet.org. See below for documentation.

    To show custom search fields (up to 3 available), use the custom parameter as follows and it will display all populated search labels in the search pull-down; [employees search=”yes” custom=”yes”].
