• Hi there,

When I search for a variable product, none of them are appearing in the search. Only my simple products appear. I am using another plugin called WooCommerce Show Single Variations by Iconic. When I reached out to him he wrote: “It looks like the search field is forcing that only the “product” post type is searched, whereas it’d need to include “product_variation” as well. Think that’s one you’d need to ask the search field authors about.”

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks!
    Michael

    Hi,

You are talking about search results in the search box that appears under search form or about search results on separated page?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the quick reply!
I am specifically referring to the search box that appears under the search form, but I also just tried a search and hit “enter” but the product variations also do not appear there, only the main product.

    Cheers,
    Michael

    Hi,

I have a similar issue on my site. I do not use the mentioed Plugin, so the main product variation is displayed in the search results. Is it possible to show every product variation separat in the search result box?

    For example:

    – Product A with attribut a
    – Product A with attribut b

    Thanks in advanced.

    Regards
    Marc
