 * Website includes main menu items with links. The request is for the WordPress
   plugin search to include the menu names so the search results include the links.
 * For example I have a main menu Structure with Departments with sub menu items
   such as Radiology. When entering Radiology in the search-everything, one of the
   results should be the Menu item Radiology and it’s link address.
 * This is partically useful with large menus, instead of traversing through, just
   type the menu item name in the search and the returned link address can be clicked.

 * thanks for getting back to me and sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, what
   you are trying to accomplish is a bit too ambitious for our plugin. Sorry for
