Search Hilite with the_excerpt()

    Couldn’t you just add a filter for the_excerpt in google-hilite?

    Yes that worked great. I just added a filter to the bottom of the google-hilite file. here’s what I added so it hilited the_excerpt:
    add_filter(‘the_excerpt’, ‘hilite’);
