Search from page returns 404

    Hy Guys
    I Repost my Question because it s still without response.
    My searches works when you search from index or category pages,
    but if you search from a page, there is an Error 404.
    I would appreciate any help to fix the problem
    Im using WP 1.5.1.1

    Additional information
    When a page_name is sended it don’t work
    When a category_name_is sended it works fine

    Please Help me …

    Ok finally i fixed
    the include of the searchform.php was between a not wanted <form action=””> </form>
