search form not working

    Hi dear Ernest,

    I have a forum on https://afvallenkunjeleren.nl with BBpress.

    I have installed your plugin Ajax Search Lite but after installing and activation the search form in the header hasn’t changed at all.

    In your plugin settings I have tried different settings, but no luck.
    Also I have disabled all my other plugins, except BBpress but also no change.

    Can you help me please?

    Hi Klaziena,

    Well, make sure this option is enabled. If the search is still not replaced, then it is very likely hard coded to the theme files.
    The only way to replace that is via making direct code changes to the theme (child theme) using the PHP version of the shortcode. You might have to ask the theme author which files to edit for that.
