search form in nav bar – stopped working

Hi everyone!

I added a search form to the navigation bar by adding <div class=”header-search”><?php get_search_form(); ?></div> to header.php and it was working fine…but something happened and now I can’t just simply click on the search box to start text cursor..and button doesn’t work also. I already removed and replaced that line but it didn’t worked…

Anyone? Thank you!
