 * How do I get the search field dropdowns to display as in your screenshot here:

 * I am creating a hospital directory and would like the hospitals to be displayed
   in a similar fashion on search.

 * Would you be willing to offer customization for a charge? I think I just need
   2-3 fields customized.
    I am using Divi theme…

   the question is about how to display those fields..?
 * [@doylegirl](https://wordpress.org/support/users/doylegirl/) are you just trying
   to have those fields shown in the members directory search page? or are you actually
   asking about the way those fields are formatted?
 * If you just want to display those fields in your search page there is a “Choose
   field(s) to enable in search” option in the Member Directories settings.

   I actually wanted each city for example to show up in a drop down if a patient
   is looking for a doctor in a particular city.

   can have any field in the search page as long as you have it in your registration
   form or profile form. Do you have for example “city” dropdown in one of these
   forms?

   a doctor, what fields do you want them to see there?

   Specialities.
