Hey Jason,
I’m afraid there isn’t any functionality built into the plugin to do what you are asking, but I think it is a neat idea. I’d imagine from the report list screen you could check boxes next to any pages you want to pin/tag/favorite. From that point forward you could find those pages quickly by filtering to show only the tagged pages.
I will think on it some and maybe add this feature to a future release.

Also, one idea as a workaround for you in the meantime.
If you:
- Go into options, delete all existing report data
- Disable all of the built in post types from being checked, but leave the ‘custom urls’
- In the custom URLs area, you can manually add or import the URLs you want to focus on
From that point forward the site will only check on those pages. If you have multiple groups of pages you can give different groups unique slugs to keep them sorted. Hopefully this helps?
