SEARCH engine goes to LOGIN

when i google my website http://www.e-inchirieri-masini.ro the first page to appear is the login page: http://www.google.ro/search?q=oscar+inchirieri

I added the <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="INDEX, NOFOLLOW"> in the header but this won’t fix it.

I’d also like to know how do i make my site appear higher in searches, i already added quite a few keywords.
