  • It seems the search functions do not work on orders. I’m referring to the “search by” filter on the left, and the “Search Orders” on the right, neither do anything. My client who is using TCP needs to search orders when customers call on the phone, and currently cannot find orders unless they are visible in the recent orders.

    Hi,

Searching in the admin panel? Please, could you post an image?

    Best regards

Didn’t meant to take this long to respond, was delayed trying to think of a way to upload a screen capture, but realized Imgur would work, so here’s the link to it. Basically whenever I enter anything in the “Search Orders” box and click “Search Orders,” or enter text in the “Search by” box and click “Filter,” nothing happens. The page still shows all orders.

Basically my client gets called on the phone about an order, but the customer doesn’t have the order number so they need to search by the customer’s name, which isn’t working.

Otherwise, TCP is awesome and they love it!

    Hi,

The custom search (the second one) searches by SKU. This WordPress search (the first one) search by name.

I just test it on my site (http://thecartpress.com/extend) and it’s running.

    Best regards
