Search does not include multiple posts in cats

I’ve screwed around with a theme for my own. Now i’m not shure, if the missing of posts, that should match for a serchterm is caused by my modification or if this a issue of WP. Is there anything known about this. It looks like that only those posts won’t be shown, that are not the first ones in a category…
