 * Thanks for this great plugin.
 * As far as I understand, this plugin does not search the `content` field, only
   the `exceprt`. Is this correct? Can it be extended to search the `content` field?

 * Select “Search custom taxonomies”, “Search every category name and description”,“
   Search every custom field”.
 * I’m not sure what each of them do, but that is the configuration I’m using and
   it’s searching the post content.
