Search console Pure spam

Is there anybody who is familair with “pure spam” problem in Google search console? I have build an simple new website with 4 pages with self written content and images but for some reason Google won’t index because of the spam problem. There is 1 only page with FAQ content copied from another website, is that the problem?

When i manually request a review with a explanation i recieve a couple of days later a notice and the problem stays . What to do?
