    The code that affects it is

    #topbar-search ::-webkit-input-placeholder {
    color: #fff;
    }

    So in you custom css or child theme put:

    #topbar-search ::-webkit-input-placeholder {
    color: #000;
    }

    if you want the icon to be black as well then add this instead of the one above

    #topbar-search ::-webkit-input-placeholder, .icon-search:before {
    color: #000;
    }

    Hi! I tried this code on my search box and it's worked, but I'd like to change the color of the text, that I type into the box too. How can I do that? Thanks for the answer!

    @Nikoela, see if you can get support from KadenceThemes directly in future as you're using their commercial product: http://www.kadencethemes.com/support-forums/
