Search By Address doesnt work on “Building Name / Number”

When i use “Search By Address”, Keyword doesn’t work on “Building Name / Number”. Suppose if i’ve “flat 23” in “Building Name/Number” and i search by “flat” it doesnt work.
Also another example is this property – http://johnmellor2.embryodigital-development.co.uk/property/the-reform-club-heaton-moor-2/
This property have “The reform club” in Name and also in “Building Name/Number” – “Flat 23 The Reform Club 59”.

So, how do i fix/customize the search form to work “Search by address” to work on “Building Name/Number”?
