Search box help

A user had suggested a fix to this issue but then I didn’t get a response.

So essentially if I use the search box to search for say “Iran” I get the desired hits I would want as a reader.

If I use the search box to say search for an author I don’t get any or a limited number of results or results for pages which I definitely don’t want because I don’t want them to appear in the results.

Would there be a good way to fix this for my website?
