[Search] Plugin for Upload and Payment Wizard

Hi guys,

I am searching for the absolute best WordPress Plugin for the Upload of files and Payment wizard. [Edit: actually any wordpress plugin doing the work is appreciated]

I need it for a lawyer who wants to offer his clients a method to type in their data, then upload contracts and then securely pay for a contract check.
