 * I am using the Genesis Theme.
 * I just used the template from my parent theme to get my search bar up and working.
 * However now when i attempt to search something, no matter what i put inside of
the search bar, it searches as if the search bar was empty.
 * If i just hit enter in the search bar, then it will return my placeholder text“
   search”
 * You can try it out for yourself at blog.tryessential.com
 * How can i fix this issue?

 * Looks like perhaps you left some placeholder text of “search” in place in your
search form. I think you’d want to look into this and replace the word search
after the semicolon with something like this. Hope this helps.
