Search Bar in Blog Post Section

    Hi guys,

    I’m setting up my first WP.org site and am trying to get the search bar to appear in a post. I tried the php script for get search bar right in the blog post, but it shows up blank.

    I want to put search bar form and email signup form in a blog post and make it sticky to the homepage (but not the rest of the pages).

    Is this possible?

    where did you put the code?
    Place it in your index.php file. It will be shown along with the posts (only once at the proper place you want).

    I want the search bar to be a part of one of the blog posts.
