You need to replace it with [seamless-donations] on that page. When you updated, the shortcode changed.

Well, it looks like you bought a theme that violates a bunch of the WordPress rules for themes. If I’m right, you bought this thing:

It seems to include a copy of Seamless Donations in the theme package, which is against best practices. Worse, they seem to somehow be embedding the Seamless Donations short code into a menu or some other dropdown thing, which isn’t supported.
This is probably fixable, but you’ll need to contact them and ask them how to change the shortcode [dgx-donate] to [seamless-donations] and then make that change wherever it is in the theme.
