Se ha eliminado todo el contenido de mi sitio web

    Hola. Presento el caso de un sitio web que ha tenido inconvenientes, pero ya van dos sitios web del mismo tema que tiene el mismo problema.

    Sucede que acabo de entrar al sitio web y este ya no posee el contenido que había trabajo en el. Esta como cuando instalé el tema wordpress.

    Tengo varios sitios web con wordpress y este inconveniente solo me ha sucedido con los dos sitios web que tienen el tema Zakra. ¿Es zakra el problema?

    Nota: Como puedo recuperrar el sitio web. Sera conveniente utilizar zakra de nuevo? Actualmente uso el tema Astra para los demas sitios web y siguen funcionando perfectamente.

    Le doy a recordar contraseña y a pesar que tenia dos usuarios me dice que no existen, ni siquiera colocando el email.

    Please access the phpMyAdmin app, usually through your hosting account. Find your site’s database in the left column and expand its listing. Click on the users table and verify that the proper users are listed. You can reset your password here according to the instructions here. You should be able to log in after resetting the password this way.

    You can also view data in the posts table. If data in either table is missing or not as it should be, it’s possible your site was hacked. If so, work through the steps found here.
