Scrolling Not Working with Mobile Menu

I have the Page Scroll to ID plug-in installed and it is working great with the regular menu but when it switches over to the mobile drop-down menu on smaller screens it doesn’t recognize the #ID structure (http://www.tetoncanyonranch.com/#area). It instead tries to load a page (http://www.tetoncanyonranch.com/Area). I am not running any plug-in for a custom mobile drop-down menu, just the regular WP drop-down. And I have tried using just the #area and the entire URL, http://www.tetoncanyonranch.com/#area, as the link in the menu. What do I need to do to correct this?
