 * The problem only occurs in Chrome or in Chrome-based browsers. Not in Firefox,
   for example.
 * The cause of the problem is the Portfolio Gallery plugin you are using, which
   provides an unfavorable CSS property. I see 2 possible solutions for you:
 * a) You can contact the Portfolio Gallery support forum: [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/portfolio-filter-gallery/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/portfolio-filter-gallery/)
   
   b) You add the following CSS code under Appearance > Customizer > Additional 
   CSS:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       html { scroll-behavior: unset !important }
       ```
