Scrollbox – set to open each time doesn't work

Hi,

First of all, thanks for the great plugin, it’s one of the best and I have tried quite a few.

I’m currently working on a scrollbox that should open each time someone clicks a button on the page.
I am using a specific ID in the button, and have set the box as below:
– trigerring action: click on element
– element: #pop-up-click (the name of the id of the button)
– pop up frequency: each time

The problem I have is this: when I click the first time, it works fine, the pop up appears. If I close it and then click the button again however, the pop up dos not show up.
I am testing in Admin only mode.
