Scrollbox not displaying

Hi,

I’ve been trying to use Scrollbox on my site http://www.field-field.com. I’ve installed it and set up a box but nothing seems to be showing. I’ve checked and done many of the things mentioned by others, i.e., turned off caching, made sure the ‘Admin only’ box isn’t ticked, set the scroll to 0% and set the popup frequency to ‘Each time’.

I’m trying to use a form supplied by Infusionsoft although I have just tried typing in simple test text but nothing shows up. The ‘Preview Scrollbox’ button doesn’t seem to do anything and updating and clicking on ‘View Page’ returns ‘Page not found’.

I’m using the latest version of WordPress and the Thesis theme (version 2.1.9).

I’m just testing this on our http://www.field-field.com/about-us/ page at the moment as I want to get it working before using it more widely.
