Hi there,
Thanks for keeping in touch with us.
In this case, I’m afraid support for the free plugin is mainly offered here. If however you have the pro version of the plugin, I would recommend that you submit this as a support query here: https://simplecalendar.io/contact/ for better assistance on this.
Kind Regards,
John

Hello,
Well, if the free version already outputs a certain clear bug why would we ever switch towards any related Pro version? Our initial explanation was / is pretty clear on the bug noticed. If you can’t replicate, we’re surprised.
That said it could be related to our Litespeed cache management, we’ll drop them a short notice to clarify if finger still points at Simple Calendar.
Thank you,
Cheers!

Hi there,
Thanks for keeping in touch with us.
In this case, just as a clarification, we did not ask you to switch to the pro version and neither are we promoting it here. Our reply was specifically targeted to addressing your Email question and our request was that if you had the pro version of the plugin, that you submit this as a support query here: https://simplecalendar.io/contact/ .
About the issue here, I have carried out tests on this and I’m afraid I’m not in a position to replicate any scrollbar issue on the free version of the calendar. I also do not see any issue in our demo here: https://demo.simplecalendar.io/grid-view/ .
Taking the above into consideration, it’s honestly difficult for us to troubleshoot the issue here without having a view of the actual issue. I’m however suspicious that if perhaps you could be adding your calendar via a page builder, then this would be likely the cause of the issue. I also do not think that this could be an issue to do with Litespeed. Also please try disabling other plugins you have in place within your site to see if any of them could be causing the issue.
Let us know how it goes.
Kind Regards,
John
