    Hey

I understood how to make links in my main menu so that when you click services in the menu it scrolls down to services on my forntpage, etc…
However if I go to another page than my frontpage logically the links to scroll down on sections of my front page don’t work anymore. Is there any way of fixing this or maybe having a different menu on pages outside the front page. I hope I’m neing clear :p

  • Hello,

Only way to do it would be to add the full URL instead of only the ID. So #services will become http://yoururl.com/#services. This way it will go to the front page on the services section from whatever page you’re on.

    Excellent this worked thanx 😉
Another question i’ve tried to make this for the contact section of my front page but it does not work. If I put #contact it does not go anywhere. In this contact section I have included a text widget with a shortcode to contactform and the Moesia contact info widget in the same row. If I go into the editor mode I see that this part of my front page is not wrapped in a <section> like the other blocks. I tried to edit the page myself adding a section with an id #contact but it did not work as well. Any input?

You would need to get the ID with the Chrome dev tools. If you don’t know how you can post a link to your website and I’ll tell you what the ID is.

ok I solved that as well thanks to you Vlad 😉

Hi I tried the same thing. The link transfers me to the first page but not the desired section (e.g. services). Any clue?
