# Scroll Offset

 * I am finding that Scroll Offset does not work in Safari. No problems in Firefox
   or Chrome. But in Safari it just animates when the page has loaded, so by the
   time I scroll down it has finished.

   You will find the Scroll Offset issue at the bottom of the page. As stated I 
   am only finding an issue with Safari.
