Hey,
1. I think it is pretty smooth. Changing the smooth scroll speed would require a child theme.
2. This is most likely not theme related. Check your links again please. If you don’t figure it out you could post a link to your website so I can see the issue.
1Hey thanx for your answer I do not know if I did the wrong way because what I get when I click a link to a section in my menu is the top image reappearing and then it comes to the section rather than the page scrolling down to the section, I don’t dislike it, I jsut want to know if it is possible to hqve the scrolling down option with the free version.
Ok I’ll take out my website out of maintenance mode for a few hours bacause it’s not out yet so I would not like many people to see it and many links are yet to be fixed. I have put a link “webdesign3 in my top menu which is a category of porjects, as you will see it does not work ;). Here is the link

I see what you mean. You can leave only the IDs in your links and it will scroll smoothly. But then those menu items won’t be accessible from other pages on your site.
You don’t have any posts in those categories as far as I can see. Only category with one post in it is this: http://www.woalatoo.com/?cat=1
Tip: Set all your front page rows to standard layout.
Hey I have encountered another issue: the links of the menu are not working in Safari! Do I need to add something in the head, in the header php.file
here is the link again of the website:
