# Scroll down issue with Chrome

 * Hi,
 * I have just noticed an odd issue with my website:
    [http://star-inn.tokyo](http://star-inn.tokyo)
 * I can’t use my touchpad on my Macbook to scroll down/up. I can use option + down
   button to scroll down.
    I tried it on Safari and Chrome, right now it seems that
   this issue only appear on Chrome.
 * Do you know what might be causing this issue?

 * Hello,
    try disabling the smoothscroll in Appearance -> Customize -> Global settings-
   > Smooth Scroll -> Enabled Smooth Scroll (uncheck that)

 * Well, this feature uses an external js plugin.
    Can you reproduce the same issue

 * I have scroll down problem.
    can scroll down in all other webpages but my webpage.
   also others by other computers dont see this problem on my webpages.
 * on the wp-admin/ I can see the Appearance -> Customize, but I could not find 
   Global settings -> Smooth Scroll !!

 * check your browser zoom.
    i had the same problem in chrome.i noticed that i accidentally
   reduced browser zoom at 90%.i setting up the scale back to 100% and problem was
   gone.
