    Hi,

I’m using the following iframe on a page on my site:

    <iframe src="https://www.initiative-awareness.de/mapping" allowfullscreen="" width="100%" height="700" frameborder="0"></iframe>

And I want to block loading the iframe until user gives consent via script center. Note that the iframe loads an external web page that itself contains an iframe with Google Maps.

I did that via script center, I added the iframe src URL and checked “activate placeholder” – “Default” and “it is an iframe”.

The iframe is correctly blocked, however, there is no placeholder and no button to accept the loading of the iframe.

Can you tell me what to do to make it work correctly? Thanks!

    Best

    Hi @tinareisweb,

It doesn’t look like the Complianz front-end JavaScript is present on this page at the moment.

Could you confirm that the Complianz Wizard had been finished entirely, and that the Dashboard contains a notice stating that your website requires a Cookie Banner?

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hi Jarno,

Thanks for the quick reply, it was because I hadn’t activated the cookie banner. Now it works.

    Best,

    Tina
