  • After an initial scare the plugin works better now. For some reason my menu icons plugin went a bit mad after install but all good now.

    Hey @jimf81

    I’m sure this plugin wasn’t solely responsible for that. All it does is add a custom post type and some shortcodes – no database tables or anything.

    Maybe open a support thread here and let us assist/debug what happened.

    Also, can you confirm you are using and not I believe the other one does database stuff, whereas mine does not.


    I’m sorry you *think* this FREE plugin did something to your installation, when I can tell you it in fact is not this plugin…show some respect dude, this review was not necessary.

    Mad props @mikejolley for replying and wanting to help even though you bashed his plugin without even knowing what the real cause was.

    Keep up the good work Mike, that is just an unfair and undeserved review who was posted at the wrong plugin.

    I’ll give this plugin a go at some point in the future and may change my review, however it stands right now I’m going along without it. How dare people tell me to not write a review on a plugin, if it screws up my site the instant after installing and using it for 2 jobs posts I shall comment. No one needs 5 hours wasted time. Nonsense comments frankly!

    it quite annoying when your site is ruined when trying out a plugin. It would be helpful to others if you could tell us the template and which plugins you had activated at the moment the problems occurred. It gives @mike the opportunity to look into the probable cause and you can save others the time you had to spend on restoring your site.

    Keep it up and thanks for trying the plugin. Hopefully we’ll see you back in the (near) future. Lots of people here to assist you.
