Can you restore from a backup copy of the file?

tried it. I even tried loading a completely different file named the same thing and all it does is move the error from line 7 to line 4.

    Where is your site ?
What theme were you using ?

    I suspect you’ve deleted a call to wp-blog-header.php.

Can you download the theme again ?

i didnt delete any files, i actually don’t know what i did, but i tried completely deleting WP and reinstalled it again and it worked… strange. thanks anyways guys!
